Volume Discount Program

• Volume Discount is based on previous year's Net sales and stay in effect through the entire calendar year.
• Earned Discount will be applied to all orders but will not be stacked on top of periodic promotional discounts.
• Reorder minimum: $150
• Minimum reorder exceptions made for accessory items and cap orders. Orders must be in full case quantities. Mixing colors or caps are not accepted. Please see our price list for case quantities & other order details.

Terms and Conditions

New Klean Kanteen Accounts: All prospective new accounts must submit through their Klean Kanteen rep a completed credit application with a $350 minimum opening order and a copy of their resale tax certificate. Upon review and approval, the account number, payment terms and terms and conditions will be communicated in writing. A credit limit will be established at account setup and reevaluated as financial conditions and sales volume warrant. Upon account setup, the initial order will be processed. The account number is the unique identifier on all orders and correspondence and should be used when placing all future orders.

Payment Terms: Prepaid w/Visa, Master Card, American Express. Net 30 may be given upon full review and acceptance of credit application.

Shipping Terms: F.O.B. Chico, California Warehouse. Klean Kanteen will ship your order within a 7-day period of the requested ship date. "Ship date" refers to the date the product leaves our factory and not the "in-hand" date at the customer location. 

Account Activity: Any account with sales activity less than $1,000 for 12 months or more will result in the deactivation of the account. A new account application and a $350 minimum order will be required for reactivation.

Account Changes: It is the responsibility of the dealer to communicate in writing any changes in company name, address, ownership and/or legal status. Change in ownership requires a new credit application to continue order processing.

Credit Holds: An account must be in good credit standing at the time of scheduled shipment for fulfillment.

Returned Goods: No merchandise will be accepted for return or credit without prior written authorization. Return Authorization numbers must be marked on the outside shipping carton and merchandise must be sent freight prepaid. Merchandise returned is subject to inspection before a credit will be issued.

Amazon/3rd Party Marketplaces & MSRP Policy: In an effort to amplify our brand image we are tightening our online distribution and pricing strategy. Klean Kanteen strives to produce the highest quality, responsibly made products and our prices and service should reflect that. Our first step is to maintain a strict 3rd party marketplace selling policy, MAP policy and a global promotions strategy. This will align what customers are seeing both in ecommerce and brick and mortar which will make the decision of where to purchase being preference driven and not price driven.
