Customization Terms and Conditions

Text or artwork submitted for engraving or printing on our products cannot be unlawful, harmful, threatening, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, is not connected to any political affiliations, associations or candidates, does not infringe on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party. All custom, personalized orders will be reviewed. If any of the above terms are violated, your entire order may be cancelled. For more details please see our Customization Policies

Co-Brand orders are pre-paid. Payment in full is due prior to production. Terms are available on a case by case basis. Minimum order requirements must be met and order total should be divisible by master case quantities.

Klean Kanteen's co-brand logo remains on the reverse side of bottle or cup near the bottom. All promotional literature must state that your bottles are co-branded with Klean Kanteen (with trademark designation).

All bottles will be provided with a hangtag and care and use insert that must remain on bottles if used for resale.

Klean Kanteen may use your Co-Brand product imagery and logos in marketing materials, including but not limited to: advertising, social media, web, tradeshows, and retail tools. If you would like to “opt out” for any reason please notify Klean Kanteen in writing at time of placing order.
